A General Member includes all municipalities within the District boundaries who are designated by a Municipal/Band Council that provides services in sport, culture and recreation to residents in the District. Each general member is entitled to two votes at all meetings of the members. As a General Member you may nominate individuals to the Board of Directors and are entitled to vote at the AGM.
An Associate Member includes a sport, culture or recreation organization within the District boundaries who actively provide a sport, culture and recreation for the residents of the organization. Each Associate Member is entitled to attend, but not vote at all meetings of the members.
An Affiliate Member includes all residents and/or organizations within the District boundaries who contribute to or are associated with the District and have not been identified above. Each Affiliate Member is entitled to attend, but not vote at all meetings of the members.
If you live within the boundaries of the Prairie Central District for Sport, Culture and Recreation, you are automatically considered a member of the PCDSCR and may access any of our programs and services.
